In this episode, we continue our series on the life of Joseph by following his journey from betrayal into slavery, and eventually into the house of Potiphar, where Scripture repeatedly reminds us that “the Lord was with Joseph” even when his circumstances suggested otherwise. Along the way, we explore the tension between God’s providence and life’s painful realities, what it means to experience private victories before public ones, and how seasons of obscurity, unfairness, temptation, false accusation, and waiting can become the very places where God forms character and prepares us for what’s ahead. Through Joseph’s story, we’re reminded that God wastes nothing, that He is still at work even when we cannot see it, and that what feels like going in circles may actually be preparation for something greater.
